For example, the functions of SUS 301 and SUS 304 are different. The stainless steel raw materials used for dome pieces also have SUS 430. The main functions of the three raw materials are also different.

SUS301 has good ductility, high carbon content and good strength. However, there is a certain lack of plasticity, and it is not suitable for industrial products. If it is used in mobile phones, computer keyboards and other commodities, SUS301 is the best choice. SUS301 has better conductivity and stable performance than SUS304 and SUS430, but has poor ductility. Such raw materials should not be used in products that must be malleable, such as mobile phones. SUS304 is suitable for immediate welding on the PCB board. SUS430 is not common, contains a lot of residues, and the metal material is not pure, resulting in unstable strength. There are three key materials for the dome sheet. For special needs, SUS301, SUS304, and SUS43 can be added to SUS301, SUS304, and SUS43 without adding other materials to increase hardness, conductivity, ductility, etc.
